Dates and Times
Consultation: 30 minutes per person
Immigration Officer: 2nd Wednesday of every month, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist: 4th Sunday of every month, 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

(1) Kyoto Prefectural International Center (Kyoto Terrsa, East Building 3F)
(2) If you live outside Kyoto City, you can also consult via Zoom.
